Help & Support
Contact the operator with the details needed to investigate an issue
Use the support channel configured by your operator. A complete first message reduces follow-up and makes transaction or market issues easier to trace.
Include these details
- a short description of what you expected and what happened;
- the market or page URL;
- your public wallet address;
- the order ID or transaction hash, when relevant;
- the approximate time and timezone;
- the exact error message;
- a screenshot or recording with secrets removed.
Never include a seed phrase, private key, authenticator secret, one-time code, API secret, or passphrase in a support request.
Issues that need escalation
- a deposit or withdrawal remains unresolved after its expected processing time;
- a claim fails after the market reaches final resolution;
- an order status and portfolio position do not agree;
- you suspect unauthorized access or a malicious signature;
- a market timeline or dispute action appears inconsistent.
For an onchain issue, keep the transaction hash and avoid repeating the action until you understand the failure.
